It was not long ago, many in golf questioned whether Tony Finau had enough to win consistently on tour. Now, after a dominant 4 stroke win at the Cadence Bank Houston Open, he has won three of the last seven tournaments he played and has racked up five career wins. He is arguably playing the best golf on tour and unfortunately for this week’s field, will be at it again.
This week the tour is heading to Georgia to play The RSM Classic, at the Sea Island Golf Club on St. Simons Island. The tournament will be the last official PGA tournament of the calendar yea r and the last fall tournament for the foreseeable future as the Tour shifts back to a January start date for the season beginning in January 2024. This is the first of three visits the Tour will make to the Peach State this season.
