Week 1 of the College Football season is officially in the books. We learned about a lot of teams through the first full week of College Football, though largely the favorites remained the same. We can start at the top with the three favorites to start the season. Alabama, Georgia, and Ohio State all won their Week 1 matchups impressively.
Alabama did what everyone expected them to against Utah State at home with a 55-0 win. The Crimson Tide will be tested more this week as they head to Austin to take on the Texas Longhorns on the road. Alabama is still a 20.5-point favorite in that matchup.

The defending National Champion Georgia Bulldogs turned a lot of head with their Week 1 performance. While they still entered the season the 3rd favorite to win the National Championship, the Bulldogs had a ton of turnover on their roster from last year’s team. Turns out it didn’t really matter.
