The Reds and Dodgers continue their wild and entertaining series this afternoon with an early first pitch. Clayton Kershaw takes the bump for the Dodgers, but it is hard to tell how he will perform game to game. Overall, he has been good. However, he also has allowed at least 4 runs several times recently and has 2 games where he lasted 4 innings or less.
On the other side, Graham Ashcraft takes the ball for the Reds. He has been dreadful for the last several starts. In fact, you have to go all the way back to May 2nd to find a game where he gave up less than 3 runs, and most starts over the past month have seen some huge numbers.
