Their last time out, the Chiefs won 27-24 over the Buffalo Bills. Patrick Mahomes II went 17-for-23 with 215 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions for the Chiefs against the Bills. Isiah Pacheco carried the ball 15 times for 97 yards (6.5 yards per attempt) with one touchdown. In the passing game, he added one catch for 14 yards.
