The Penguins are off to a hot start with their offense taking off and scoring 3.67 goals per game with nine goals in their last two games. Sidney Crosby, Evgeni Malkin, and Jake Guentzel have scored six goals and 10 assists but the rest of the offense has been great as well. Kris Letang and Ryan Graves have combined for 14 blocked shots to lead the top pairing but the rest of the unit has stepped up as well with Marcus Pettersson, Erik Karlsson, and Pierre-Olivier Joseph creating turnovers all over the ice and limiting shots on the net. In addition, goaltender Tristan Jarry ha s stepped up in the net wit a .944 save percentage and a 1.53 goals-against average on 54 shots.
