North Alabama at Georgia Tech – 11/26/22 College Basketball Picks and Prediction

The North Alabama Lions and Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets face off on Saturday in a college basketball showdown at McCamish Pavilion. This is the first meeting played between the two teams this year. 

North Alabama comes into this game with a 4-2 record and they have gone 1-3 against the spread. In the last game against UCSB the defense was awful giving up 89 points and that led to the defeat. The offense was led by Damian Forrest who finished with 15 points and eight rebounds. The Lions are averaging 84.3 points while their defense is giving up 71 points per game. The offense is ranked 25th, but the defense has really let them down. Guard Daniel Ortiz has been the top player for the Lions averaging 18 points while shooting 48.8 percent from the field and 48.9 percent from behind the three point line. 

On the other side of this matchup is Georgia Tech who sits with a 3-2 record and they have gone 3-1 against the spread. In the last game against Marquette the offense only managed 60 points and that led to the 24 point defeat. Two games ago against Utah, Georgia Tech lost 68-64. The Yellow Jackets are averaging 68.8 points while their defense is giving up 64.4 points per game. Guard Miles Kelly has been the top player for Georgia Tech averaging 11 points while shooting 35.6 percent from the field and 26.1 percent from behind the three point line.
