The 2022 -23 NHL season is well underway, so it's a good time to update the league's power rankings.

NHL odds had the injury-ridden Colorado Avalanche (+700) as favorites to repeat as Stanley Cup champions, but they've now fallen to second place behind the Boston Bruins (+550). The Carolina Hurricanes (+750), Vegas Golden Knights (+800), and Toronto Maple Leafs (+1000) round out the top five favorites.'
