NBA Teams Futures Odds to Win Western Conference
The Denver Nuggets currently have (+130) odds to come out of the Western Conference and advance to the NBA Finals. The Nuggets entered the NBA Playoffs as the favorite to win the Western Conference Title and that clearly has not changed.
