The White Sox have been a strong offensive team this season, ranked fourth in the majors in batting average (.255). Veteran first baseman Jose Abreu leads the way with 104 hits and 45 RBIs, hitting at a .301 clip. Center fielder Luis Robert has hit a team-high 12 home runs and has driven in 54 runs. They are facing a Minnesota pitching staff that is No. 13 with an ERA of 3.83. Right-handed pitcher Lance Lynn is going to be on the mound for Chicago on Saturday. He is coming off a disastrous outing, allowing eight runs on nine hits and two walks across four innings against Cleveland. Lynn allowed five runs in the first inning and gave up three more in the fifth. He has allowed 13 runs over his last two starts, causing his ERA to balloon to 6.97 through 31 innings this year.
