The Colts and Texans opened the season with a 20-20 tie and now, 17 weeks later, they close the season with two of the worst records in the NFL. The Texans have the worst record at 2-13-1 while the Colts aren't far behind at 4-11-1. There's really nothing more to say than that, other than the Colts are 2.5 point favorites at home. Kickoff is Sunday at 1:00 p.m. EST at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
The Texans can clinch the worst record in the NFL, and the No. 1 pick in the draft, with a loss to the Colts on Sunday. But they have the Bears breathing down their necks, so a Texans win and Bears loss would give the Bears the worst record and No. 1 pick in the draft. As for the Texans, what is their to say at this point. They are a very bad football team who lost to the Jaguars last week 31-3. They did beat the reeling Titans two weeks ago for only their second win of the season, but the Titans are playing as bad as anyone in the league.

The Texans are not good at full strength, but they have lost some key players along the way, like running back Dameon Pierce, and have basically packed it in already. Davis Mills will presumable start at quarterback, like he did last week when he was 22 for 40 for 202 yards with no touchdowns or picks. Jeff Driskel also took a few snaps. One would think the Texans will be looking for a quarterback next year with that first or second pick, as Mills did not inspire a ton of confidence as the quarterback of the future. Pierce is a nice piece at RB, but the ranks are thin at receiver with Brandin Cooks leading the way, but there's not much behind him. The Texans are 30th in points scored and 26th in points allowed per game.
