UNC Wilmington (21-7 SU, 14-10-2 ATS, 11-4 CAA) travels down I-95 after visiting Drexel to take on Delaware (13-15 SU, 11-15-1 ATS, 5-10 CAA) on Saturday afternoon at 4pmET from the Bob Carpenter Center in Newark.
These teams have not met this season. Last year, the Seahawks won both regular-season games, but Delaware beat them 58-55 in the CAA title game as a 2.5-point favorite.
UNCW edged Drexel 72-71 in overtime on Thursday as a 2-point favorite. That win gave them six of their last seven games. It also allowed them to keep third place in the CAA, one game ahead of Towson at 11-4 and 2.5 behind first place Hofstra and Charleston. Trazarien White led the Seahawks in their win over Drexel with 26 points and 12 rebounds, while Nick Farrar added 19 points on 5-of-7 from 3-point range. UNCW shot just 39% from the field, but held the Dragons to 6-of-20 from beyond the arc (30%) and were outrebounded by six. But they hit 14-of-16 from the line, while Drexel made just 13-of-21 (62%).

The Seahawks are quietly having a strong season in the CAA, ranking 152nd on KenPom with and Adjusted Defensive Efficiency of 101.4 (99th). In the CAA, they rank 3rd in field goal percentage (44.3%) and third in field goal defense (42.6%). They rank 6th in three-point shooting (33.4%) and first in three-point defense (30%). Their only weakness is in assist/turnover ratio, where they rank 11th (0.91), but they rank first in turnover margin (+2.11).
White, a 6-6, 190-pound sophomore leads UNCW with 14.0 points and 5.7 rebounds on 47% shooting (28.3% 3pt). Guard Maleek Harden-Hayes adds 10 points and 4.1 rebounds on 47.9% shooting (41.6% 3pt).
