UCLA at Oregon Prediction – Basketball Picks 2/11/23

The UCLA Bruins will head up to Eugene to face the Oregon Ducks in Pac-12 play from Matthew Knight Arena on ESPN. UCLA leads the all-time series, 91-39, after winning the first meeting of the season in Los Angeles back in December.

UCLA jumped to 20-4 after beating Oregon State in Corvallis. The Bruins brought their pails to Oregon, and after holding the Beavers to just 18 first half points, they’d finish with a 15-point victory. UCLA is scoring 74.1 points per game, while allowing 59.7 ppg, and shooting 46.6% from the floor.

UCLA will look to complete this trip to the northwest on a high note, and remain in first place of the conference standings with a win. The Bruins are 11-2 in Pac-12, with a 6-2 road record. Senior swingman Jaime Jacquez Jr. is thriving in a bigger role this season, and after posting double-doubles in wins over UW and Wazzu, he’s averaging career-highs of 16.2 ppg and 7.9 rpg. Junior guard Jaylen Clark is second on the team in scoring (13.2), while grabbing a team-lead 6.6 rpg. Freshman guard Amari Bailey went off for a season-high 24 points in the win over Oregon State last time out, and he’s up to 10.6 ppg.
