Seahawks vs. Giants Predictions, Picks & Odds Week 4: Monday Night Footballiv class=”bodyContent col-lg-9 mb-3″>

The New York Giants host the Seattle Seahawks on Monday Night Football in the second prime-time game at MetLife Stadium this weekend, and we've got you covered with our top Seahawks vs. Giants predictions, backed by the best NFL odds available.

Seattle scored 37 points for the second consecutive week, topping the Detroit Lions 37-31 in Week 2.

Meanwhile, the Giants had an extended week to prepare after their Thursday night game in Week 3, where they suffered a 30-12 road loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Will they be able to bounce back on Monday?

Here is our best Seahawks vs. Giants prediction for Monday Night Football (odds via our best NFL betting sites; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Seahawks vs. Giants prediction: Monday Night Football

We're tempted to back Seattle's moneyline odds in this game, as Giants quarterback Daniel Jones is 1-11 in prime-time matchups, the worst by any quarterback since 1970 (min. 10 starts). However, we can't pass up an under-inflated game total, given New York's lack of success against two of the NFL's most dominant defenses.

Schedule makers weren't kind to the Giants, having them play the Dallas Cowboys and 49ers in two of the first three weeks. Dallas ranks second in pass-rush win rate (61%), while San Francisco is an NFL third in fewest yards allowed per dropback (4.4). However, Jones should have better success against the Seahawks' defense, one of two that allowed 1,000-plus passing yards this season despite being fourth in pass-rush win rate themselves.

Seattle gave up the sixth-most yards to tight ends, so this could be New York tight end Darren Waller's breakout night. Meanwhile, the Seahawks get back safety Jamal Adams for the first time since tearing a quad tendon in Week 1 last year. He may be on a snap count as the team eases him back into action.

Seattle QB Geno Smith averaged 312 passing yards per game over the last two weeks (an NFL fourth-most) and looks to shred a Giants' D allowing 33 points per game. Smith's passing prowess also opened lanes for running back Kenneth Walker III. The Giants let opposing rushers Christian McCaffrey and Tony Pollard combine for 155 yards, 4.84 yards per carry, and three touchdowns. Walker should complement what will be a successful Seahawks passing attack.

For Over backers, there's a stark value difference in terms of numbers, with our best sports betting apps split between totals of 47 and 47.5. BetRivers is the only shop offering less than the standard -110 price to back the Over at the low end of 47. The Under cashed in three consecutive meetings between the Seahawks and Giants, dating back to 2017.

Seahawks vs. Giants odds analysis

The Over/Under rose steadily throughout the week, with some of our best sports betting sites reaching a low of 45 before Over backers drove the line up. Early betting splits are 60/40 in favor of the Over.

While most sportsbooks agree with Seattle as either a -1 or -1.5 favorite, Caesars is the only shop on the other side, with New York at -1. The Giants were unanimously either -1 or -1.5 to start before the line jumped the fence at several of our best sportsbooks. The point spread has a similar split as the total, as 59% of early bettors sided with the Seahawks.

Seattle's moneyline odds range from +110 at Caesars to -126 at FanDuel. New York is 0-7 SU in its last seven Monday Night Football games and covered the spread in three.
