NHL Player Props Predictions 1: Leon Draisaitl, Oilers 0.5 Goals (+105) DK
Edmonton Oilers Leon Draisaitl has scored 23 goals on the season, and he’s scored in 21 of 46 of his games overall for a 46% success rate.
However, 14 of those goals were scored on the road where Draisaitl has scored in 6 of his last 10 contests.
More importantly, Draisaitl owns the Anaheim Ducks, scoring a goal in 7 of his last 9 games including two games this season in November and December.
The Ducks rank 26th with 3.42 goals per game and 28th in shots on goal with 33.28 per game. The Oilers are heavily favored with a -278 money line with a high total set at 6.5 which will set up Draisaitl and company for plenty of scoring opportunities.
NHL Player Props Predictions 2: Artemi Panarin, Rangers 3.5 Shots on Goal (-105) DK
New York Rangers left winger Artemi Panarin has recorded 4+ shots on goal in 26 of his 51 games for a 51% success rate on the season.
Panarin did fall short if this mark in 7 of his last 10 games but now he gets an opportunity to tee-off against his former team the Chicago Blackhawks.
The Blackhawks rank 26th with 32.2 shot on goal allowed per game. Panarin loves firing away on them, with 4+ shots on goal in 4 of his last 5 head-to-head games while landing on 3 in the lone game he fell short.
Chicago did hold the Minnesota Wild to only 25 shots on goal in their first game back in action after the All-Star break. However, 9 of those shots came from the left winger position and Panarin will have extra motivation tonight.
