Sandy Alcantara – Marlins (-175)
Last Week: Sandy Alcantara (9-4) earned a no-decision in the Miami Marlins’ 6-4 loss to the New York Mets on July 29. The Marlins’ right-hander yielded four runs on eight hits over five innings of work. He struck out five and walked three. It was only the second time since May 6 that Alcantara has given up more than three earned runs in a game. Though he pitched well in July, he only had one win to show for it over five starts, with one loss and three no-decisions.
