The Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns (4-5) meet a fellow Sun Belt opponent when they host the Georgia Southern Eagles (5-4) on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at Cajun Field.
The Ragin’ Cajuns were defeated by the Troy Trojans 23-17 in their most recent outing. Last time out, the Eagles lost 38-31 to the South Alabama Jaguars. Kyle Vantrease’s showing for the Eagles against the Jaguars included 26-of-45 passing for 278 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. Jalen White carried the ball 10 times for 65 yards and one touchdown. He caught one pass for six yards. Derwin Burgess Jr. recorded eight catches for 96 yards (on 13 targets), with one touchdown.
