Los Angeles Rams at New Orleans Saints – 11/20/22 NFL Picks and Prediction

The Los Angeles Rams and New Orleans Saints face off on Sunday in an NFL showdown at Mercedes-Benz Superdome. When these two teams faced off in 2019 it was the Rams that secured the 27-9 victory.

The Rams sit with a 3-6-1 record and they have gone 2-6-1 against the spread. The Rams have lost three games in a row and any chance for the playoffs looks to be out the window. Matthew Stafford missed the last game with a concussion, and they really struggled. The Rams scored only 17 points, and that led to the 10-point defeat. John Wolford completed 24 of his 36 passes for 212 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. Cam Akers was back playing and he rushed six times for 22 yards. Cooper Kupp suffered a season-ending ankle injury that will require surgery. The Rams are averaging only 16.4 points while their defense is giving up 22.2 points per game. Stafford is expected to be back in this game from his concussion.

On the other side of this matchup is the Saints who sit with a 3-7 record and they have gone 3-7 against the spread. In the last game against Pittsburgh Steelers, the Saints only scored 10 points, and that led to the 10 point defeat. Andy Dalton completed 17 of his 27 passes for 174 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions. The Saints are averaging 22.3 points while their defense is giving up 24.7 points per game. The Saints are sticking with Andy Dalton, but if they want to find success here, they are going to need him to not turn the ball over.
