The Cincinnati Bengals and Pittsburgh Steelers face off on Sunday in an NFL showdown at Acrisure Stadium. When these two teams faced off in September it was Steelers that won 23-20 in overtime.
The Bengals come into this game with a 5-4 record and they have gone 6-3 against the spread. In the last game against the Carolina Panthers, the offense was elite scoring 42 points, and that led to the blowout victory. Joe Burrow had another strong game finishing with 208 yards and a touchdown. Running back Joe Mixon was the star of the show and he finished with 22 carries for 153 yards and four touchdowns. The Bengals are averaging 25.3 points while their defense is giving up 20.6 points per game. Minkah Fitzpatrick has returned to practice and that is a big boost for the team. On the other side of this matchup is the Steelers who sit with a 3-6 record and they have gone 4-4-1 against the spread. The Steelers have struggled to start the season, but they are coming off a win in their last game. The Steelers defense gave up only 10 points to the Saints and that was enough for the 10-point victory. Quarterback Kenny Pickett completed 18 of his 30 passes for 199 yards, zero touchdowns, and zero interceptions. Najee Harris finished with 20 carries for 90 yards.
