The Arizona Cardinals’ win over the Green Bay Packers, 51-45 in overtime, in a Wild Card game in January 2010 is the highest-scoring NFL playoff game ever.

It’s one of two playoff games in NFL history with at least 90 points scored and one of seven with at least 80 points scored.
