The George Washington Colonials will head down to Carolina to take on the Davidson Wildcats in Atlantic 10 play from the Belk Arena on ESPN+. Dayton leads the all-time series, 22-19, but GWU did win the latest meeting in DC back in January.
George Washington moved to 15-14 defeating La Salle in DC. The Colonials pulled away from the Explorers after a break to win a shootout, 92-85. GWU scores 76.6 points per game, while allowing 76.7 ppg, and shooting 47.4% from the field.
George Washington has won their last three games, and they’ll look to spoil Davidson’s home finale. The Colonials are 9-7 in Atlantic 10 play, with a 4-6 road record. The senior guard went for a game-high 29 points in the win over La Salle, and after scoring 23 points or more in five of the last six games, he leads GWU in scoring (21.6) and assists (5.2). Fifth-year guard Brendan Adams has been very consistent alongside him, and after going for a team-high 28 points in the overtime win over St. Bonaventure, and he’s now averaging 17.7 ppg.
