The Raptors have responded by winning three of their four games since then, getting revenge against the Heat two days after suffering the loss. They split a pair of games at home against Philadelphia last week before blowing out Atlanta in a 139-109 win on Monday. It was one of the best offensive performances of any team in the NBA this season, as Toronto shot 50% from the floor and 41.2% from beyond the arc. The Raptors only turned the ball over seven times, forcing Atlanta into 18 turnovers.

The one stat that really stands out from that performance is Toronto’s 43 fast break points. The Raptors have been one of the slowest teams in the NBA this year, ranked No. 29 in possessions per game. Power forward Pascal Siakam led the way with 31 points and 12 rebounds, while Scottie Barnes and Gary Trent Jr. each had 21 points. Siakam leads Toronto with 26.1 points, 9.6 rebounds and 7.4 assists per game, taking a serious jump forward from last season. Trent is adding 19.4 points, while Barnes is averaging 15.5. Veteran guard Fred VanVleet, who is averaging 13.3 points and 7.7 assists, is questionable to play on Wednesday due to a back injury. The Raptors are facing a San Antonio defense that is No. 25, allowing 118.6 points per game.
