We've got another high-profile pitching showdown in Philadelphia, but it might be time to show some love to these hitters with picks from one of our best MLB betting sites after these teams combined for 18 runs on Monday.
Unlike our Yankees vs. Phillies prediction on Monday, Tuesday's picks won't be a trio of pitching props despite the fact that perennial Cy Young candidates Gerritt Cole and Aaron Nola are squaring off.
It'll be a mix of pitchers and hitters, but it's an all-Philly special for Tuesday's player props. Nola is joined by his MVP-caliber teammate and a player who's become well-known for hitting bombs under rather unfortunate circumstances.
Let's head to one of our best sports betting sites to find great value on this matchup between the New York Yankees and Philadelphia Phillies, which gets underway at 6:40 p.m. ET from Citizens Bank Park!

Yankees vs. Phillies expert picks
MLB picks made Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. ET.
We couldn't entirely ditch the pitching props on Tuesday.
Nola isn't the starter he was once, as you can see by his 8.68 strikeouts per nine – the lowest mark since his rookie season. However, he still does a good job of limiting walks, and his projections for Tuesday's game suggest that'll continue.
Based on Nola's projection of 1.52 walks, we're getting great value through these +110 odds. Additionally, they pay out $11 in profit on a $10 bet.
My only concern with this bet is that the Yankees really made Zack Wheeler work on Monday, driving up his pitch count with long plate appearances and three walks. However, Nola has been better than Wheeler this season at limiting free passes, and we'll bank on that happening again on Tuesday.

Turner has been on a heater during the last month, batting .316 with a .995 OPS. He's struggled in recent weeks, but he looks like a good bet to bounce back following two straight hitless games.
These +100 odds show plenty of value when we run them against Turner's hitting projections against the Yankees. We're getting a little better than 14% positive expected value, and a $10 wager results in an equal $10 in profit if the shortstop rebounds from his recent cold spell.
Best odds: +100 via Betway | Implied probability: 50%
What has to go wrong in the baseball world for Castellanos to hit a home run on Tuesday?
Well, maybe it'll be as simple as a big trade to the division-rival Atlanta Braves, who were already active late Monday night by acquiring Jorge Soler. Or, perhaps fellow NL East “competitors,” the Miami Marlins, will fin ally cease to exist as a franchise after once again trading every interesting player on their roster.
Regardless of the circumstances, we're getting good value on a Castellanos home run based on his projections, so the baseball gods obviously have a plan.
As you can see by this being a two-star pick, I'm far less confident in this bet than the other two, so I'd likely limit my wager to half a unit. Even a $5 bet returns $25 in profit.
Best odds: +500 via Betway | Implied probability: 16.67%
