The Bulldogs are No. 146 in the KenPom rankings. They score 99.0 points per 100 possessions (195th in the country) and surrender 97.3 in a return (114th). Last season, the Bulldogs were yielding 98.8 points per 100 possessions, enough for the 98th-best defensive rating in the nation. They return 78.4 percent of playing time from their 2021-22 roster.
