The Wright State Raiders (6-6, 5-5 ATS, 3-6 O/U) take on the Miami Ohio Redhawks (5-6, 4-5 ATS, 6-3 O/U) in an inter-conference bout on Thursday night. The Raiders found the win column with a victory against Northwestern Ohio on Saturday. The Redhawks recorded a road win against Bellarmine in their previous action. These foes last met in 2020 in a game Wright State won 71-47.

The Wright State Raiders are looking to climb above the .500 mark in this one. They have been struggling, losing four out of their last five games. They were 6.5 point dogs in a 66-54 road loss to Akron and followed by posting a 111-59 win against non-DI foe Northwestern Ohio this past weekend. The Raiders have covered the spread in only one out of their last four games.

Trey Calvin is capable of big points. The senior guard has eclipsed 20 points on three occasions this season and is posting an average of 16.2 PPG and 4.5 APG. Brandon Noel has eclipsed 20 points in two out of his last four clashes. The freshman forward scored 21 on Saturday and has increased his season average to 12.4 PPG and 6.1 RPG. Amari Davis has netted double digits in three out of his last four bouts. The senior guard enters with an average of 11.9 PPG.

The Raiders are ranked 216th in DI in Ken Pomeroy’s ratings and are considered one of the better squads in the Horizon League. They are 1-2 on the road with the only road win coming against Louisville in November. Wright State is excelling from an offensive standpoint, averaging a stellar 78.3 points on the year, good for 75th, and is shooting 50%. They are conceding an average of 71.2 points, pegging them 248th in the country.
