Let’s check out the reasoning behind each of our selections:
Over 5.5 Brazil corners (-140)
The mighty Brazilians did all the attacking against Serbia in their opener, with 59% possession and 23 shots. And they didn’t even play that well, certainly during a fairly lame first half. In Monday’s game against Switzerland they’ll be up against a similar team – well-organised, physical and with a threat of their own.
Brazil is dangerous down the wings, full-backs charging forward to assist Raphinha and Vinicius Junior, who like to get to the byline as much as cut inside. And that should be a recipe for corners. Brazil had 6 corners in its opening game and should match or better that against the Swiss.
