Prizes
Grand Prize: One grand prize of $25,000 in withdrawable bonus dollars will be awarded to the entrant who correctly answers all 10 questions. If multiple entrants have 10 correct answers, the tiebreaker will be used to determine the winner. If no entrant correctly answers 10 questions, the grand prize will be awarded to the highest-scoring entrant.
First Prize: $100 Bonus Bet to any entrant with nine correct answers.
Second Prize: $10 Bonus Bet to any entrant with eight correct answers.
Third Prize: $5 Bonus Bet to any entrant with seven correct answers.
There is no limit on the number of first, second, and third prizes awarded.

3.'Promotional Period:'Promotional entry period begins on April 21, 2023 at 10:00 am ET and ends on April 27, 2023 at 7:00 pm ET (“Entry Period”). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion. All contest Entries must be submitted within the Entry Period.
4.'How to Participate: No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win.'During the Entry Period, visit www.betMGM.com or the BetMGM mobile application (collectively, the “Website”), log into your Sportsbook Account, and access the “Draft Predictor Challenge” entry page under the tab labeled “Promotions.” Then, follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit your Promotion entry (“Entry”), which includes answering questions (“Questions”) relating to the 2023 NFL Draft (“Event”).'Limit of one (1) Entry per person/user.
Entries must be received before the end of the Entry Period to be eligible for the Promotion. If you choose to submit an Entry via your web-enabled mobile device, data rates may apply. See your wireless service provider for details on rates and capabilities.
Limit: There is a limit of one (1) entry per participant, regardless of entry method.'Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple entries, including by using multiple or false contact information, accounts or otherwise, may result in the entrant being disqualified. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified from the Promotion at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. 5.'Winner Selection and Notification:
Draft Predictor Challenge Grand Prize Winner(s): At the conclusion of the 2023 Draft Predictor Challenge, Sponsor will review all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. If an eligible entrant correctly answers all ten (10) Questions or has the highest score of eligible users, such entrant will be eligible for a chance to win the Grand Prize of the Promotion. In the event that two (2) or more eligible entrants correctly answer all ten (10) Questions or tie for the most correct questions, these tied entrants will participate in tiebreaker(s), as determined by Sponsor, with the winner of such tiebreaker(s) being deemed the potential grand prize winner of the Promotion. Entrants who are eligible for the Grand Prize are still eligible to win another prize offered in this Promotion.
1st'Prize Winner(s): At the conclusion of the Event, Sponsor will review all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. If an eligible entrant correctly answers 9 questions, such entrant will be deemed a potential winner of the Promotion. Each eligible entrant who correctly answers 9 questions will be deemed a $100 Bonus Bet winner. It is possible that no entrant will correctly answer nine (9) questions. If no eligible entrant correctly answers nine (9) questions, no $100 Bonus Bet will be awarded.
2nd'Prize Winner(s): At the conclusion of the Event, Sponsor will review all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. If an eligible entrant correctly answers 8 questions, such entrant will be deemed a potential winner of the Promotion. Each eligible entrant who correctly answers 8 questions will be deemed a $10 Bonus Bet winner. It is possible that no entrant will correctly answer eight (8) questions. If no eligible entrant correctly answers eight (8) questions, no $10 Bonus Bet will be awarded.
3rd'Prize Winner(s): At the conclusion of the Event, Sponsor will review all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. If an eligible entrant correctly answers 7 questions, such entrant will be deemed a potential winner of the Promotion. Each eligible entrant who correctly answers 7 questions will be deemed a $5 Bonus Bet winner. It is possible that no entrant will correctly answer seven (7) questions. If no eligible entrant correctly answers seven (7) questions, no $5 Bonus Bet will be awarded.
Grand prize winner(s), 1st'prize winners(s), 2nd'prize winners(s), and 3rd'prize winners(s), may be collectively referred to herein as “winner” or “winners.”
Whether an answer to a Question is correct will be based on the outcome, statistics, gameplay, and/or results of the Event. If the outcome, statistics, gameplay, and/or results of the Event are unclear, the correct answer will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The potential winner(s) will be notified via email and/or telephone. Sponsor is not obligated to leave a voice, recorded, or another message. The potential winner(s) will be required to respond to the notification within five (5) business days of the date and time notification was sent/attempted by Sponsor, with the required information, or applicable prize will be forfeited. The potential winner(s) must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
