Officially, Dwight Howard leads the all-time dunkers list with 2,950 career slams. Shaquille O'Neal is second on the list with 2,626.'
However, there's an interesting historical wrinkle with this list. The dunk became an official stat in 1996, which was already four seasons into Shaq's career. And unofficially, Shaq recorded more than 300 dunks in his rookie year alone.
That means Shaq is the unofficial leader of the all-time dunker list. But since no one can really count stats from before their official statistical introduction, Howard remains the technical all-time leader.
