When Did State Farm Stadium Open?
State Farm Stadium opened in 2006, the first year the Arizona Cardinals played a game there. Construction began three years earlier in 2003.
It was originally known as University of Phoenix Stadium until 2018 when the Cardinals agreed to an 18-year naming rights agreement with State Farm Insurance.
