College football schedule Week 1
Fourteen FBS teams began the season in Week 0, but the lid-lifter for most of the country will be in Week 1. There are a ton of interesting matchups, ranging from “paycheck games” for small-conference teams to go absorb a beating for the sake of the athletic department to games that have serious National Championship implications.
We’ve got some more of those Little Brother vs. Big Brother games that I like, a handful of conference clashes, and a lot of new faces in new places. Storylines are not hard to find for Week 1 and that includes a bevy of situational spots to think about.
