The Weber State Wildcats will carry an undefeated record into Logan, UT for a week two matchup against the Utah State Aggies. Weber State comes into week 2 following a 36 point win over the Western Oregon Wolves in week 1. Defensively Weber State dominated the Wolves holding Western Oregon to only 132 yards of offense, while forcing 3 turnovers in the game.
The Weber State offense shined much like their defense totaling 343 yards to score 41 points Bronson Barron dominated under center for Weber State completing 16 of 28 passes for 152 yards and ran the ball five times for 24 yards as well. Jacob Sharp led all Weber State receivers with 43 yards on two receptions and Josh Davis added 53 yards and one touchdown on 11 carries as well.
The Utah State Aggies come into week two at and even 1-1 on the year following a 55 point blowout loss against the number one ranked Alabama Crimson Tide. Defensively Utah State was obliterated as Alabama chewed up 559 yards of offense and scored 55 points in only three quarters of the game.
