Venezuela has already punched its ticket to the quarterfinals with wins in its first three games against the Dominican Republic (5-1), Puerto Rico (9-6), and Nicaragua (4-1). Meanwhile, Israel hasn't scored a run in its last two games after beating Nicaragua 3-1 to open pool play.
This is going to be a decent pitching matchup with Jesus Luzardo versus Robert Stock, who saved Israel's opening win with two strikeouts in one inning.
I could see Venezuela playing some of its backups to finish out pool play and they should still be good enough to beat Israel while keeping it lower-scoring.
The Under 10.5 is -105 at other books, so the +100 has some value at DraftKings.
