We have a big rivalry in the state of Washington as Washington State (15-15 SU, 15-15 ATS) takes on Washington (16-14 SU, 17-12-1 ATS) from Seattle at 11pmET on Thursday night.
These teams faced each other on Feb. 11 with Washington State winning at home 56-51 as a 6.5-point favorite. In the Pac-12 standings, Washington State sits at 10-9 and Washington is 8-11. Neither team is going to make the NCAA Tournament barring a win of the Pac-12 Tournament next week.
Washington State has won five straight coming into this rivalry game. That places them tied for sixth place in the Pac-12. In their last game, they were able to beat Cal 63-57, but didn't cover the 12 points on the road. Mouhamed Gueye led the Cougars with 20 points and 10 rebounds, while T.J. Bamba added 19 points on 6-of-12 shooting, but had five of the team's six turnovers. The Cougars shot just 33% from the field and 24% (6-of-25) from long range. Defensively, they held Cal to 37% shooting and edged them on the boards 35-29.
Mo finds Bamba on the slip cut and WSU has its biggest lead of the game.

Bamba leads Washington State in scoring with 14.9 points per game. He also just put up 22 points against Stanford in the game before Cal. and Gueye (6-11, 210) adds 14.4 points and 8.6 rebounds on 48.3% shooting (26.3% 3pt). Washington State has to win with defense, because they shoot just 42.1% from the field (309th). Fortunately, they are a good three-point shooting team (36.3%). Defensively, they allow 64.8 points per game on 44.5% shooting (31.8% 3pt).
