QB Cameron Ward passed for 343 yards with three touchdowns the Cougars would have scored more but Ward was picked off twice in the end zone. He's had a real issue with throwing picks this season, and already has seven of them through five games, but it hasn't seemed to matter as the Cougars are 4-1 on the season so far. Washington State is 12-3 ATS in its last 15 games, showing how well they have been able to cover the number. The under has cashed in 5 of the Cougars last 6 games, so this is a team that is covering in lower-scoring affairs. People have underestimated this team a lot, but I think they are starting to come around. Being only a +12 underdog on the road to a very talented USC team that is ranked sixth in the nati on is giving the Cougars a ton of credit.
