The Washington Commanders (3-3) will be going for their second consecutive win when they face the New York Giants (1-5) on Sunday afternoon. The game will be played at MetLife Stadium and it is scheduled to begin at 1 PM. ET.

The Commanders are coming off a 24-16 win over Atlanta as 1.5-point underdogs. The Giants are coming off a 14-9 loss to Buffalo as 15-point underdogs.

New York is 6-3-1 in its last 10 games against Washington.

The Commanders snapped their three-game losing streak with a win over the Falcons in their last game thanks in large part to an opportunistic defense that picked off Desmond Ridder three times. They will try to keep the momentum going with a win over the Giants, which will give them their second win in a row and fourth win in their last seven games.

Washington is averaging 22.2 points per game. They are throwing for 214.2 yards and rushing for 87.8 yards per game.

Sam Howell completed 61 percent of his passes for 151 yards and three touchdowns in the win over Atlanta. Brian Robinson Jr. had 10 carries for 31 yards, while Terry McLaurin had six catches for 81 yards.

Washington has struggled defensively, giving up 29.3 points per game. They gave up 16 points in their last game and will have to do a better job if they want to get the win.

(LB) Montez Sweat (Thumb) and (CB) Christian Holmes (Hamstring) are questionable for this game.
