Washington at Saint Mary's – 11/25/22 College Basketball Picks and Prediction

The Washington Huskies and St. Mary’s Gaels face off late Thursday night in a college basketball showdown at the Anaheim Convention Center.

Washington comes into this game with a 4-1 record, but they might not be good as their record suggests. On Wednesday against Fresno State, the offense only scored 62 points, and they only won by five points. Keion Brooks Jr had a solid game finishing with 16 points and five rebounds. The Huskies are averaging 69.6 points while their defense is giving up 63.2 points per game. The top player so far this season for Washington has been Keion Brooks who is averaging 15.7 points while shooting 33.3 percent from the field and 20 percent from behind the three point line.

On the other side of this matchup is Saint Mary’s who sits with a 6-0 record and they are coming off a big victory on Wednesday. The offense put up 75 points against Vanderbilt, and that was enough to secure the 10 point victory. Aidan Mahaney had a strong game finishing with 20 points and six rebounds. Saint Mary’s is averaging 73.8 points while their defense is giving up 53.8 points per game. Center Mitchell Saxen has been the top player for Saint Mary’s averaging 14.3 points while shooting 54.4 percent from the field. There are four different players that are averaging at least 10 points per game. This is a great chance for Saint Mary's to pick up a win against a Power-5 school
