The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets (3-3, 2-1) will host the Virginia Cavaliers (2-4, 0-3) on Thursday in an ACC conference match-up. The Cavaliers won 48-40 last season as a 6.5-point home dog.

The first half of the season has been rough, as Virginia is 1-5 ATS. They opened the season with three non-conference games beating Richmond 34-17, losing to Illinois 24-3, and beating Old Dominion 16-14.

In the ACC the Cavaliers are still searching for a win after losing on the road to Syracuse 22-20, Duke 38-17, and 34-17 at home to Louisville. The offense is led by quarterback Brennan Armstrong who has completed 55% of his passes for 1,363 yards with five touchdowns and seven interceptions. He has also added 195 rushing yards and three touchdowns. The production is a significant drop off for Armstrong who completed 65.2% of his passes for 31 touchdowns with 10 interceptions and 4,449 yards last season, to go along with nine touchdowns and 251 yards.
