T.J. Hockenson and the Minnesota Vikings will host D.J. Moore and the Chicago Bears on Monday at 8:15 PM ET, in a battle between a pair of outstanding pass-catchers.
The Vikings enter the matchup after losing 21-20 to the Denver Broncos in their last outing on November 19. Joshua Dobbs had 221 yards on 20-of-32 passing (62.5%) for the Vikes in that matchup against the Broncos, with one touchdown and one interception. He also added eight carries for 21 yards and one rushing touchdown. Alexander Mattison rushed for 81 yards on 18 carries (4.5 yards per carry), adding one reception for -1 yards. Hockenson had 55 yards on four catches (13.8 per reception) in that game.
Last time out, the Bears were beaten by the Detroit Lions 31-26. Justin Fields notched 169 passing yards while going 16-for-23 with one touchdown and no interceptions for the Bears against the Lions. He added 18 carries for 104 yards. In that matchup, Khalil Herbert had a 16-carry, 35-yard game (2.2 yards per attempt). He also added two receptions for six yards. Moore caught seven passes for 96 yards (13.7 yards per catch), scoring one touchdown.
