The Vegas Golden Knights face the New Jersey Devils with both teams looking to build off of strong seasons. The Golden Knights have a 29-17-2 record and are in first place in the Pacific Division. The Devils have a 30-12-4 record and with seven wins in their last 10 games have leaped into second place in the Metropolitan Division. Both teams look to remain near the top of their divisions and the upcoming game looks to be a great one as a result.

The Golden Knights are having a great season with their offense stepping up and scoring 3.19 goals per game with seven goals in the last two games. Chandler Stephenson, Mark Stone, and Jack Eichel have scored 43 goals and 71 assists to lead the top two lines but the rest of the offense has also been great. William Karlsson, Reilly Smith, and Jonathan Marchessault have combined for 43 goals and 51 assists while defenseman Alex Pietrangelo has added five goals and 26 assists from the point to open up the offense.

The offense has carried the Golden Knights but the defense has also stepped up, allowing only 2.88 goals per game. Brayden McNabb and Alec Martinez have combined for 5.5 defensive point shares and 255 blocked shots while Alex Pietrangelo and Nicolas Hague have combined for 3.9 defensive point shares to add depth to the unit.
