The Vegas Golden Knights face the Colorado Avalanche with both teams looking to build off strong seasons. The Golden Knights have a 35-18-6 record and are in first place in the Pacific Division while the Avalanche have a 33-19-5 record and with five wins in a row have leaped to third place in the Central Division. Devon Toews and Samuel Girard have combined for 6.5 defensive point shares and 171 blocked shots while Bowen Byram and Josh Manson have combined for 3.1 defensive point shares to add depth to the unit. In addition, goaltender Alexandar Georgiev is having a great season with a&# xA0;.919 save percentage and a 2.63 goals-against average on 1334 shots with 18.0 goals saved above average.
