UTEP vs. New Mexico odds, tips and betting trends

The UTEP Miners (1-2) and the New Mexico Lobos (1-1) meet at University Stadium (NM) on Saturday, September 17, 2022.

The Miners head into the matchup after winning 20-13 over the New Mexico State Aggies in their last outing on September 10. Their last time out, the Lobos were defeated by the Boise State Broncos 31-14. Miles Kendrick’s showing for the Lobos against the Broncos included 9-of-28 passing for 98 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions. In that matchup, Sherod White had a two-carry, 22-yard game (11.0 yards per attempt). Geordon Porter recorded 73 yards through the air after two catches (on five targets), with one touchdown.

The Miners are field goal favorites in their matchup with the Lobos. The total is set at 39.5 points.
