The UTEP Miners (9-8, 2-4 C-USA) are on the road Monday for a Conference-USA clash against the Charlotte 49ers (12-5, 3-3 C-USA) in Charlotte at the Dale F. Halton Arena. UTEP was defeated by Rice 83-82 on Saturday. Tae Hardy scored 20 points to lead UTEP in the loss. The Miners have lost five of the last six. Charlotte snapped a two game losing streak with a 72-54 victory over UTSA on Saturday. UTEP and Charlotte do not have any injuries on their respective injury reports.
