The USC Trojans and the Tulane Green Wave play in the Cotton Bowl on January 2, 2023, starting at 1:00 PM ET, airing on ESPN.

In their last game, the Trojans fell to the Utah Utes 47-24. Their last time out, the Green Wave took down the UCF Knights 45-28. Tahj Washington led the receiving charge against the Utes, catching six passes for 93 yards and one touchdown. Michael Pratt went 20-for-33 with 394 yards, four touchdowns and one interception for the Wave against the Knights. He also rushed six times for 48 yards and one touchdown. Tyjae Spears carried the ball 22 times for 199 yards and one touchdown. He caught one pass for two yards. Deuce Watts caught three passes for 134 yards (44.7 yards per catch), scoring one touchdown.

The Trojans (-1) are slight favorites against the Green Wave. The over/under is set at 63 points.
