Dan Karpuc: Vikings +100 vs. Packers
I absolutely love the Vikings to earn a Week 1 victory at home against the Packers, who come into this game as narrow road favorites. I've already been on the record numerous times about how I'm predicting Justin Jefferson to have the best individual wide receiver season we've ever seen and this is an opportunity to fade a Packers team with a ton of question marks on offense. While Aaron Rodgers is the two-time reigning NFL MVP and should always be feared to some degree, losing Davante Adams will hurt this offense, which will now turn to a bunch of unproven pass-catchers. Green Bay's defense will be a strength of their team for the first time in a while, but I love the idea of Kirk Cousins, Dalvin Cook, Jefferson and Adam Thielen within new head coach (and former Rams OC) Kevin O'Connell's new-age system and schemes. Betting on Minnesota to double your money with a win mak es a lot of sense to me this week. This is also a great spot to use your “Up 10 Early Win” token at DraftKings.
