The old meets the new. A potential changing of the guard in the featherweight division will be witnessed this Saturday, Oct. 14, inside the APEX Center in Las Vegas, as No. 11-ranked featherweight contender Sodiq Yusuff (13-2) meets the No. 13-ranked divisional challenger Edson Barboza (23-11) in the main event of the card.
Because of his impressive 7-1 record, plus his potential of becoming a top contender, Yusuff is marked as the betting favorite by oddsmakers in UFC odds at -165 against the veteran Barboza, who will be the betting underdog at +140. The winner of this 145-pound clash will likely get a spot in the top 10 rankings of the division.
