The main event is anticipated to feature a heavyweight fight between former UFC Heavyweight Championship challenger Derrick Lewis and Sergey Spivak. Prior to Lewis’ forced withdrawal due to a non-COVID, non-weight-cutting sickness, the fight was scheduled to be the main event of UFC Fight Night: Nzechukwu vs. Cutelaba in November 2022. However, after the night’s fights started, the bout was postponed.
