It's the return of Israel Adesanya following nearly a year away from the Octagon, as the former champion is set to face Dricus Du Plessis on Saturday at UFC 305 at RAC Arena in Perth, Australia.
We're breaking down the full fight card with our look at the UFC 305 odds and betting lines from our best UFC betting sites.
The Last Stylebender might be in the main event, but he's far from the only draw on this card. A New Zealand vs. Australia match highlights the lead-up as Kai Kara-France faces Steve Erceg in a flyweight tilt. Last time we saw Adesanya, he was losing his strap to Sean Strickland. Almost a year away from the major upset he returns as the favorite to claim the title back from Du Plessis.
Du Plessis enters on a nine-fight win streak, most recently snagging the middleweight belt from Strickland in January via split decision. Adesanya lost two of his last three battles.
The Last Stylebender has implied win odds of 55.56%, and a $10 wager at the -125 odds combined with a win would yield an $8 profit.

It's Kiwis vs. Aussies in the lead up to the main event as two of the biggest names Down Under meet in the Octagon.
While only two years separate the fighters, underdog Kara-France is much more battle-tested, with nearly twice as many professional fights. But Erceg is the favorite despite being lower ranked in the division, with his best odds of -185 coming at DraftKings, where he's given an implied win probability of 64.91% and a win on a $10 wager would pay $15.41 for a profit of $5.41.

Hooker may be a little longer in the tooth at 34 years old than Gamrot (33), but he should be well-rested with just one fight in the books since November 2022. He pulled out of fights twice last year, citing injuries, but he appears to be good to go for his return this weekend.
But, in MMA, sometimes well-rested comes with ring rust, and the oddsmakers aren't giving him much of a shot at the upset. His best odds come at BetMGM, where he's lined at +270, which implies just a 27.03% chance of pulling the upset. It would hook a winning bettor up with a $27 profit on a $10 bet.

It's been a long time since we've seen a Shoey from Tui(vasa), as the Australian heavyweight has dropped four straight fights dating back to early 2022. Bam Bam has been submitted in the first and second rounds in his last two bouts, but his opponent at UFC 305 doesn't offer much in the way of submission risk as he doesn't have a single career win via that method.
Rozenstruik is still a heavy favorite. The Suriname fighter from American Top Team has KO/TKO wins in two of his last three bouts, most recently over Shamil Gaziev in March. He's seeing the best line of -213 at BetMGM, with an implied win probability of 68.05%, but would profit only $4.69 on a $10 bet.

This could very well be a short one, if Prates can ruin Li's 10-0 record in KO/TKO fights. That's because the Brazilian favorite has recorded eight straight KO/TKO victories (although only the last two have been in the UFC).
Prates hasn't even been past the second round of a fight since 2019 when he picked up a unanimous decision victory in ONE Championship. And he's one of the heaviest favorites on the main card, where again BetMGM is offering the top line.
His -278 odds have a high implied win probability – 73.54% – but result in a profit of only $3.60 on a $10 bet.

The prelim card can be comfortably named Austalia vs. Brazil, as every bout features one fighter from each country.
The countries squared off in the Olympics in beach volleyball, with Australia advancing to the Gold Medal game with the victory. Australia is expected to come out on top according to the UFC 305 oddsmakers as well, as they are lined as favorites in three of the four fights.
The lone place the Aussie isn't expected to come out on top is a women's flyweight tilt between Casey O'Neill and Luana Santos. The hometown fighter enters on a two-bout losing streak, while Santos comes in with three straight wins – one via KO/TKO, one via unanimous decision, and one via submission.
O'Neill is seeing +140 odds at bet365 to pull off the upset, an implied probability of 41.67% that would profit $14 on a winning $10 wager.

“Big Train” has two fights at the UFC level, being KO'd 1:03 into the first round of his debut vs. Nikolas Motta and KO'ing Victor Martinez at the 3:50 mark of the first round in his follow-up bout in May.
