UFC light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira has reasserted his mastery over Jiri Prochazka after beating him for the second time in their rematch at UFC 303 via knockout on June 29 inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas to retain his status as the best 205-pound fighter in the world.
Pereira only needed 13 seconds in the second round to finish the fight with a head kick and several punches on the ground. This latest triumph for “Poatan” continues solidifying his case as a top name in UFC odds. Additionally, he received an additional $50,000 bonus for his performance.
