UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman rematches top contender Leon Edwards in the UFC 278 pay-per-view main event on Saturday at Vivint Arena in Salt Lake City.
The 13-fight event includes four early preliminary-card bouts on ESPN+ (6 p.m. ET), four prelims on ESPN (8 p.m. ET), and a pay-per-view main card (10 p.m. ET).
Usman will look for his sixth consecutive title defense while also looking to extend his record for consecutive UFC wins in the division (15). That winning streak included a decision win over Edwards in 2015. Since then, Edwards has emerged as a top contender with nine straight wins.
In UFC 278’s co-main event, former middleweight champion Chris Weidman takes on the always-volatile Paulo Costa.
