The UConn Huskies (4-5) take on a fellow FBS Independent opponent when they host the UMass Minutemen (1-7) on Friday, November 4, 2022 at Pratt and Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field.

Ellis Merriweather carried the ball 23 times for 84 yards (3.7 yards per attempt). George Johnson registered 34 yards through the air after four catches (on eight targets).
The Huskies are 15.5-point favorites in their matchup against the Minutemen. The total is set at 40.5 points.
