A pair of Pac-12 opponents take the floor looking to pick up a conference win as they duel in the Valley of the Sun. The UCLA Bruins are on the road as they travel to take on the #12 Arizona Wildcats Saturday afternoon. UCLA comes in off a 68-66 road win over Arizona State in their previous game Wednesday night, winning outright as a three-point underdog. Arizona rolled to an 82-67 home win over USC in their previous game Wednesday night though they failed to cover the line as a 21-point favorite. In the all-time series between the programs, the Bruins own a 61-46 advantage but the Wildcats earned a 61-59 triumph in the title of the Pac-12 Tournament on March 11, 2023 in Las Vegas.

UCLA rallied in the second half to upend Arizona State on the road in their previous game Wednesday night. The Bruins improved to 8-10 overall and stood eighth in the Pac-12 with a 3-4 conference mark on the season with the win. Against Arizona State, UCLA trailed by 13 at the half before getting in gear in the second half of the game. The Bruins were down 15 in the opening minute of the second half but chipped away to lead by as many as three. UCLA trailed by four with 4:14 to play but closed the game on a 12-6 run to earn the road victory. The Bruins shot 47.8% from the field, including seven of 19 from three-point range, and controlled the glass by a 33-27 margin. Lazar Stefanovic led UCLA with 18 points and six rebounds in the victory.

The Bruins average 64.9 points per game so far this season, putting them 346th in the nation in scoring offense. UCLA is below average on the glass, grabbing 34.8 boards a night, and dishes off 11.9 assists per game. The Bruins are excellent on the defensive end, ranking 24th in scoring defense as they are allowing 63.9 points per game. Adem Bona is second on the team in scoring with 12.3 points plus 6.2 rebounds per game this season.
